Undeniable
Bill Nye
Review
Bill Nye's "Undeniable: Evolution and the Science of Creation" is a very thorough and easy to follow book with a surprising but welcome amount of Bill-Nye-the-Science-Guy flare. This book seeks to dispel many creationist myths and talking points. It also walk through the various examples and evidence of evolution by natural selection within organisms.

"If we suppress science in this country, we are headed for trouble." (5)
"An attack on reason is an attack on all of us." (10)
"[Ken Ham] responded that nothing would change his mind... Imagine this man or some of his followers on a jury. If their minds were made up, there would be nothing for the defense or prosecuting attorneys to do. No evidence could sway these jurors. They would refuse to use their intellect to assess the quality of evidence. They would not employ the most rudimentary critical thinking skill. They would sit very politely, I imagine, but evidence would not matter at all. That is a very troubling prospect indeed. The rule of law would be ignored. They would be, well they are, excluding themselves from our society. They do not want to participate. I hope all of us will consider the potential consequences of this sort of thinking— or nonthinking." (17)
"You might figure that a few of us will make it through no matter what happens. But how many of us won't? What will be the human cost, and the economic cost, along the way? How many of our genes, including your genes, will disappear forever? The sooner we start acting to address climate change, the better... Let's work together to save the world— for us..." (113)
